Now that I am a big brother, everyone gets me presents! Nona has been visiting and it has been really nice weather, so I got a fancy sprinkler! It is a turtle.

The Delivery!

Yup! After Catalina delivered the head, Ian got to help Soren into this world and show his 'bits' to the rest of us with pride. He did a great job!

The Delivery Team

This is Erin. Beloved friend, Medical Assistant extraordinaire in our office, and mother of Sam (Odin's Idol and 'big brother') and Sebastian (aka monster baby)

This is Catalina, my dear friend, doctor, office partner, and former professional ballet dancer...no really, I am not kidding about the last part. 

And of course...this is Ian, my husband, lover, best friend, and the catcher of my second child. 
Meet Naomi, RN, lover of her job (and she shows it every day), and proud mother of two boys.

Let the Labor begin!

There was another Katie in labor...so Ian made this suggestion as to Katie's nickname on the monitor. 

Katie was trying to get all of her office work done before the baby. It didn't happen.

Relaxing in the tub between contractions. They got pretty intense...and an epidural was requested. :)
